Our Design/Build Process
We can make your dream home a reality. We have developed an effective process to make sure your dream home is built exactly as you desire.
1. Dream & Design
We are more than just builders. We are designers. Our design process begins as soon as we uncover your desires for living life day-to-day. We will design a home that fits seamlessly with your lifestyle and your desires. From paint color, to flooring, to furniture pieces, we will design every aspect of your dream custom home.
2. Build
We will be by your side every step of the way: from the land acquisition stage all the way to the interior design process. That means that at no point will you be left on your own when it comes to the design and construction of your custom home. Our typical construction timeline runs from 6-7 months for most homes, and includes benchmark timeline updates to ensure quality control and adherence to budget. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
3. Maintain
All our Homes come with a 10-year structural warranty that exceeds national and local energy requirements. We conduct continual, internal quality inspections throughout every phase of construction and utilize highly reputable third party inspection firms to examine the foundation, building frame, and final building.
